ORDERS

Once you place your order successfully with MOON GAMES, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided by you at check out. 

You will also receive a tracking number from our courier service, so you can follow your parcel.

Upon payment receipt we will process your order. Provided all items are in stock, you will receive your order within 1-3 business days, depending on the country to which the order is shipped. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
